End cover and housing of motor is made of die-casting Aluminum,which is high precision,high strength and light weight.
The stator consists of silicon steel sheet stator core,copper coil,and insulating material,etc.
The rotor consists of laminated silicon steel sheet and aluminum cast conductor.
The rotor shaft is made of high-performance medium carbon alloy steel and processed by special technics.There are round shaft and gear shaft.
The bearing and oil seal is selected from well-known brand to ensure good running performance and sealing effect.
The wire is made from high temperature resistant and flame retardant material.
From the functional view,the motors can be divided into below categories,
Induction AC motors
It is suitable for continuous cycle operation.Standard model motors are with outer wires.Also the model with terminal box is also available.

Reversible motors
Single phase induction motors with external capacitor,are able to be operated in these applications where required for rapid reversals of rotation.The motors can be equipped with a special brake which temporarily blocks the rotor allowing the inversion of the rotation.

Motors with brake
These motors are equipped with an electromagnetic brake.
It is useful in applications where the load holding is required,but with motor stopped as no power supply,and where short downtime is needed.
