Product Description
The DC roller drum motors are ideal drive unit for belt conveyors,which is totally enclosed electric driven pulley and replaces external components such as gearmotors and gearboxes that require frequent maintenance.
Motorized DC pulleys for belt conveyor can run on DC power 24v or 48v.
They are safe,fast and easy to install and maintain.The heart of the belt conveyor system is the roller drive motor.DC drum motors are connected to idler rollers via belts,pulleys or chain.The sensors will detect when products are ready to move,and motor drivers send the signals for the drum motors to run.
